Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Zohi (the "Service"), a terminal/desktop AI coding agent powered by third-party language models. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you may bind it.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials and API tokens secret, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 (or the age of digital consent in your country). Notify us of any unauthorized use.
3. Subscriptions & usage limits
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically until cancelled. Each plan includes usage limits (5-hour and weekly token windows); usage that would exceed your plan is blocked. Limits, prices, and model access may change on notice. Peak-hour usage may consume your quota at a higher rate as disclosed on the pricing page.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to violate law, infringe rights, generate malware, attack systems, or attempt to bypass usage limits, billing, or security controls. See our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Your content & AI output
You retain rights to the code and inputs you provide. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or insecure — you are responsible for reviewing and testing it before use. The Service executes tools (file edits, shell commands) only with your approval; you accept the risks of approving them.
6. Third-party models
The Service routes requests to third-party model providers (e.g. DeepSeek). Their availability, changes, and terms are outside our control and may affect the Service.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zohi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
8. Termination
You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate for breach or non-payment. On termination your access ends; see the Refund Policy for billing.
