Who we are

Data we collect
Account data (email, hashed password, or social-login identifier); billing data processed by Stripe (we store a Stripe customer id, not card numbers); usage metadata (token counts, timestamps, tier) to enforce limits and bill; and operational logs. Your prompts/code are sent to the model provider to fulfil requests; we do not sell your data.
How we use it
To operate your account, enforce plan limits, process payments, provide support, secure the Service, and comply with law. Legal bases (where applicable): contract performance, legitimate interests, and consent.
Sharing
With processors: the model provider (to run requests), Stripe (payments), our hosting/email providers, and error-monitoring. We may disclose if legally required.
Retention & security
We keep data as long as your account is active or as needed for legal/billing purposes, then delete or anonymize it. We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure.
Your rights
Depending on your location you may access, correct, export, or delete your data, and object to certain processing. Email [email protected] to exercise these; we also honor account deletion.
